This K-2 class, inspired by the beloved book The Story of the Root Children by Sibylle Von Olfers, warmly invites young learners to embark on an enchanting journey through the changing seasons. Participants will follow alongside the root children, enjoying the mesmerizing and fun art of shadow puppetry. Designed with the aim of sparking both imagination and creativity, the Theatre of the Imagination: Shadow Puppets class is also dedicated to teaching important social skills within a collaborative and nurturing environment.
This engaging session seamlessly integrates rich storytelling, hands-on artistic activities, and vital social development .
By tapping into the rhythms of nature and harnessing the power of imaginative play, students will have the opportunity to connect, play, be silly and together create little weekly plays.
This experience not only promotes a love for learning but also encourages a profound connection with nature and a deeper understanding of the world around them, fostering a sense of wonder and community.

1.Each class has a link that will take you to the description.
2. Add all classes to your cart. If you have more than one child, please sign up for each kiddo separately.
3. If you are paying with charter funds, they won't be available until August. So click “pay offline” or “pay in person” when checking out. If you are planning to pay with your own funds, you could also pay later. You could also set a monthly payment plan. Sometimes families use both charter and private funds.
OUR POLICIES:
4. You can change and cancel classes until Monday, August 24. After this date, there is a $75 per-class cancellation fee. Charter schools do not cover this fee.
5. The first two weeks of classes could be a tryout period. If you decide to change a class, there is no fee. If you decide to cancel, we will reimburse your money, minus a $75 tryout fee for those 2 weeks, charter schools cover this since your kid will be taking the classes. After Friday, Sept 18, there are no refunds.
