Summer is here and the sunshine allows us to bring to light the past year's hard work.
What better way to do it than with sisters under the canopy of our Moon Lodge.
 
Join this women's circle and enjoy a half day retreat with like-minded people always looking for healing ways to soothe the inevitable wounds of our life's journeys. 
Introspection, reflection, rest, art, support and laughter are part of our day.
 
Our gathering of good souls aims to bring a little love and shine it upon ourselves.  
 
This Women's circle will take place on Sunday, August 30th.
 
We will begin at 10:00 am, with a Welcome Circle  and a Cacao Ceremony to settle our hearts and set our intentions.
The day will flow between mindfulness, somatic healing, sound healing and yoga.  We will end our time with a meaningful closing circle and finish at 3:00 pm. 
 
Our intention is to bring a day of peace in our busy lives, a pause, to replenish our strength  and celebrate our resilience, before going back to care for the people we love.
 
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, socks (those toes always get cold), and a small pillow. Pack your lunch and a bottle of water. 
We will offer light refreshments.
