We are so excited to continue to bring filmmaking to ACE students. If animation is something you love or something you’ve been wanting to try, this class is for you since we are dipping our toes into Animation!
In this fun moviemaking adventure, you'll learn all the fundamentals of filmmaking from start to finish from a filmmaker.
We'll cover everything from building characters to crafting captivating storyboards and writing scripts.
You'll also delve into creating shot lists, learning lighting techniques, and even trying your hand at directing and editing. Throughout the course, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as commercials, music videos, fun short-film prompt challenges and a final short film.
But here's the best part: you'll do it all alongside your fellow
filmmakers, collaborating to bring your creative visions to life in a short film.

The fee of this class is per semester.
Note that this class is 1 ½ hours long.
MATERIALS AND TEXTBOOKS WILL BE PROVIDED.

HOW TO SIGN UP :
1.Each class has a link that will take you to the description.
2. Add all classes to your cart. If you have more than one child, please sign up for each kiddo separately.
3. If you are paying with charter funds, they won't be available until August. So click “pay offline” or “pay in person” when checking out. If you plan to pay with your own funds, you could also pay later. You could also set up a monthly payment plan. Sometimes families use both charter and private funds.
OUR POLICIES:
4. You can change and cancel classes until Friday, August 28. After this date, there is a $75 per-class cancellation fee. Charter schools do not cover this fee.
5. The first two weeks of classes (Sep 7-18) could be a tryout period. If you decide to change a class, there is no fee. If you decide to drop it, we will reimburse your money, minus a $75 tryout fee for those 2 weeks. Charter schools cover this since your kid will be taking the classes
