In all my years of teaching, I find that Paper cutting is one of the least celebrated arts. Help me change that!

Safely learning to use scissors with precision and x-acto knives helps the young mind to connect brain-body in amazing ways, promoting fine motor skills and the pride of building something from scratch.

Designed for children aged 8 and up, this STEM-focused class invites young learners to engage in hands-on paper cutting, folding, gluing  and building as they create their own 3D theme park models.

By combining creativity with engineering principles, the activity promotes fine motor skill development and strengthens cognitive abilities. Through this super fun construction experience, students explore problem-solving and spatial awareness in an encouraging environment.

All materials will be provided, including the cut-out book

Build Your Own Theme Park: A Paper Cut-Out Book by Lizz Lunney.  There will be other little projects they can complete through out the semester.

Join us to inspire curiosity and build essential skills through creative paper engineering.
