This will ensure we can protect our most vulnerable families and that we can remain open.

Charter School Requirements

Public Charter School require that ALL IN-PERSON VENDORS comply with state and local Health and Safety requirements and recommendations for COVID-19 using appropriate mitigation strategies per guidelines

and agree to notify Charter Schools in the event VENDOR has POTENTIAL or VERIFIED COVID-19 infection

with any employee or other client/student infection.

The following are minimal requirements in order for a vendor to be approved for in-person services:

Masks must be worn at all times.
Teachers and learners should be 6 feet apart both indoors and outdoors.
Reduced occupancy based on square footage to ensure social distancing.
Sanitization procedures should be followed.
Wellness checks should be conducted daily before attending in-person services.
Quarantine guidelines should be followed for confirmed cases.
Contact tracing protocols should be followed for any reported incidents.
Adherence to industry guidelines and standards.

To keep our learners safe, if there is a COVID-19 exposure at your location, please do the following:

Contact the county health department for guidance and recommendations.
Fill out the iLEAD Vendor COVID-19 Contact Tracing Form as soon as you are made aware.

If it is discovered that you are not following the COVID-19 guidelines as mandated by the state and the county(ies) in which you service, we will suspend funds for in-person services and you may be removed from our approved vendor list.

Our Safety Measures

Wellness Checks

Students with symptoms of illness will be required to stay at home.

Parents will sign a questionnaire (via Google Forms) about their child's health each week.

Upon arrival to campus each week, students will have their temperature checked.

Space

Classes will be held outdoors or in well-ventilated classrooms.

There will be a maximum of 12 students per class for in-person classes.

Students will be asked to give one another space.

Hygiene

Sanitation stations will be set up throughout campus.

Masks will be worn at all times.

Shared materials will be limited.

Students will be asked to wash their hands regularly.

Covid Testing: We will ask that each child gets a PCR test before the start of every semester. During surges we may ask children to get tested each week.
