Children are always eager to be in a calm and serene place, they just need the space to step back and reset their emotions. In this class, we will be learning emotional techniques, mindful movements and Yoga poses to help their little bodies and minds relax. The hour goes fast with fun physical games to warm up and Yoga games that lead into the forms in a safe way. At the end of the class we learn to quietly sit for some time before we close with mindful coloring mandalas or books. We will read  books related to Yoga or Mindfulness to help children navigate the vast array of feelings and emotions and to learn to regulate themselves. Come prepared to jump and to have lots of fun.
