Calling all animal lovers! This unique class will review all the basics of beginning horsemanship and introduce some more advanced skills such as vet care, leg bandaging, and lunging. To qualify for the intermediate class, students should be proficient and feel comfortable haltering, leading, and grooming independently. 
 
Due to the nature of the class, there are only 8 spots per day, so make sure to sign up!
 
Children will need to wear long pants, closed-toe shoes. Also bring water, a snack and make sure they wear sunscreen! 
 
Classes will take place at a Ranch in Shadow Hills (about  10/15 minutes from the McGroarty Arts Center). 
 
**Please note, this class will be 10 weeks long - It will start on September 17 8th and end on December 10 **
