Health & Wellness for Teens is a skills-based class, meaning that students will not just be reading about health & wellness, they will be learning life skills to put the knowledge they gain into practice. There’s more to being healthy than just what you eat and how you move, though those are important skills, too. In this class, students will learn how to view health and wellness through a holistic, whole-life lens including physically, emotionally, and socially.
